How to Make Sure You Receive Our Emails
Our emails are sent from insight@capuchin.cc.
To make sure they always reach your inbox (and not spam), please follow the steps below.
1. Add Us to Your Contacts
Add this email address to your address book or contacts:
insight@capuchin.cc
This is the most reliable way to ensure delivery.
2. If an Email Lands in Spam
If you find one of our emails in your Spam or Junk folder:
Open the email
Click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”
This tells your email provider you want to receive our messages.
Quick Instructions by Email Provider
Gmail
Open the email
Click the three dots (⋮)
Select “Add insight@capuchin.cc to Contacts”
(Optional) Create a filter and choose “Never send to Spam”
Outlook / Hotmail / Microsoft 365
Right-click the email
Select Junk → Never Block Sender
Add us to your contacts
Apple Mail (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
Open the email
Tap or click the sender’s name
Choose Add to Contacts
If needed, select Move to Inbox
Yahoo Mail
Open the email
Click Add to Contacts
If in Spam, click Not Spam
That’s it
Once insight@capuchin.cc is in your contacts or safe senders list, our emails should arrive as expected.
